THE STATE OF GEORGIA EXECUTIVE ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: WHEREAS: ORDERED: City of Broxton Mayor, Bobby Reynolds, was indicted on December 17, 2010, on one count of Entry into Duties of Office without Oath, two counts of Violation of Oath by Public Officer, and two counts of Unprofessional Conduct; and The indictment was transmitted to the Governor pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 45-5-6(b), and the certified copy was received on December 30, 2010; and The 14-day period following the receipt of the indictment as prescribed by O.C.G.A. § 45-5-6(e) has passed. Now, THEREFORE, BY VIRTUE OF THE AUTHoR1TY VESTED IN ME As GovERNoR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT Is HEREBY That Attorney General Sam Olens; Mayor Travis Harper of the City of Nashville; and Mayor Milton Turner of the City of Lula; are hereby appointed as the review commission to determine whether the indictment relates to and adversely affects the administration of the office of mayor by Mr. Reynolds such that the rights and interests of the public are adversely affected thereby and to make a written report to me within 14 days with a recommendation as to whether said mayor should be suspended from office as required by O.C.G.A. § 45-5-6(e).
