EXECUTIVE ORDER

BY THE GOVERNOR:

ORDERED: That the Honorable Phillip Arthur Wilheit, Sr. of HALL County,
Georgia is appointed as an At—Large Representative of the Board
of Regents of the University System of Georgia, to fill the
unexpired term of office ending January 1, 2013 previously held
by the Honorable Felton Jenkins.
